Yes. Our postage cost for Europe is £11.95 and for the rest of the world it is £19.95.

Can I request a different embroidery font?

Can I request a different embroidery colour?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss.

Can I request a special embroidery message?

Yes. As long as the message or description will fit into an embroidery frame and is not too long or doesn’t have too many characters. Please contact us to discuss.

Am I able to return an item, if I have made an error on the embroidery request?

No. However, please see our returns and refund policy page.

Can I send an item for you to embroider?

No. There may be the slightest possibility that the embroidery affects the item in some way and we would not be able to replace the item. Therefore we only embroider our own products offered on our website.

Do I get a personalised gift bag with every product?

A personalised gift bag is included with every personalised product. Some items also come in a branded gift box.

Can I send my purchase to a different address?

Yes. If it is a gift, we can also include a gift card with a special gift message.
