Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

That’s mine warrants that all goods supplied to customers are as described on this website. All goods are brand new as supplied to That’s mine by the supplier or manufactured by That’s mine. If goods received are not as described, the purchase price and original delivery cost will be refunded provided the goods are returned to That’s mine in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure. Please see our delivery section for more information on delivery times and costs. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A purchase contract of goods will only be formed once your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your bank account, credit or debit card or PayPal account.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to your stated delivery address. If any of these delivery address details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, at time of checkout.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges. We are able to post to overseas addresses but this would be subject to additional postage charges. Please contact us for more details on these overseas postal charges.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”. The service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out of date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies. Should we refuse to fill any order you have placed, all monies paid would be refunded to you in full.

Pricing

Prices for goods offered for sale on this website and for postage are shown in Pounds Sterling, the currency used in the UK. During the checkout process, PayPal will convert and charge the Pounds Sterling prices in the customer’s own currency. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.

Loss, Damage and Cancellations

In the event of goods purchased not being received within 28 days of the date of dispatch, the customer should contact That’s mine within a further 7 days, in writing or by using the contact form on the Contact Page, and the purchase price and original carriage cost will be refunded.

In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.

If goods received have been damaged in transit, the customer should contact That’s mine within 7 days of receipt, either by telephone, in writing or by using the Contact Page, describing the damage. Orders on this website are covered by the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

That’s mine reserves the right to refund the customer in full and to cancel the order. Typically, this will apply if the quantity of goods ordered exceeds available stock.

Due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept customer cancellations to orders, unless the cancellation is actioned immediately after the order has been placed. Please contact us by telephone or email so we can stop the personalisation process. Please check your order on screen at the checkout stage and the confirmation email as we cannot refund products which have been embroidered with misspellings or incorrect details such as names or dates.

Any visitor is prohibited from posting to or from this website any material:
